Challenging Norms and Advancing Rights: Analyzing the Challenges Faced by Intersex, Trans, and Queer Individuals Globally

The event aims to shed light on the common misconceptions associated with these identities, explore the obstacles faced by these communities, and discuss strategies to enhance rights, well-being, and inclusivity.

Our seminar titled "Challenging Norms and Advancing Rights: Analyzing the Challenges Faced by Intersex, Trans, and Queer Individuals Globally” brings together a mix of politicians, activists and trade union representatives from various backgrounds to delve into the pressing issues surrounding intersex, trans, and queer individuals on a global scale. The event aims to shed light on the common misconceptions associated with these identities, explore the obstacles faced by these communities, and discuss strategies to enhance rights, well-being, and inclusivity.
With distinguished participants such as Daniel Andersson, President of the Swedish Federation of LGBTI Social Democrats; Sam Van de Putte, Vice-President of Rainbow Rose; Rhonda Donaghey, representing Labour Ireland; and Therese Gouvelin, from the Swedish Trade Union Confederation, the seminar promises a comprehensive and insightful dialogue.
