Imagine Possible: Celebrating Diversity in the Workplace

Ericsson Pride Sweden is an Employee Resource Group formed to effect change and inspire people within the company. We will share our story with Stockholm Pride to date – Imagine Possible.

In 2020 a group of employees from Ericsson took on the challenge of establishing the Employee Resource Group (ERG) for the LGBTIQA+ community for the first time in Ericsson Sweden's 147 year history. Last year we hosted a Pride House session to share our journey in establishing the ERG, the importance of allies and our advice to others looking to raise the profile of the LGBTIQA+ community in their organization. For this year’s session we continue the discussion of our journey in joining forces to establish a stronger presence in the company by further exploring our intersectional approach.
