It's time for this year's 2nd round of beginner practices!
We want to offer you an introduction to the game of rugby, an inclusive sport played world wide and built upon respect, teamwork and community!
Over the course of these sessions you will have the opportunity to learn the basics of rugby under the guidance of our experienced coaches.
We welcome everyone that wants to try rugby regardless of gender, sexual orientation or previous experience of sport. We will fit you right into the team regardless of age!
Tall or short, big or small, strong or fast – all body types and physical features are needed to build a strong rugby team, and everyone is needed on the pitch.

WHERE?
Gubbängsfältet: Take the green line to Farsta Strand and get off at Gubbängen.
Mondays at the rugby pitches, Wednesdays at the astroturf called Gubbängens Bollplan (BP)

WHAT DO I NEED?
Durable clothes, water bottle, training shoes or football boots and a gum shield (tandskydd) (Recommended, but not mandatory).
